Quayles Limited T/A Quayles Online Estate Agency & Quayles Property Management is committed to protecting your right to personal privacy. This Policy also explains the choices that you can make about the way your information is collected and used. By submitting personal details to us, you are deemed as agreeing to use of these details as described in this Policy. What type of information we collect and how we use it

When you request a viewing of a property for sale or rental we require your name, contact telephone numbers and email address. These will be entered on our in house system and may be used to contact you regarding the appointment itself or for feedback purposes. If you register on our mailing list for property alerts we will use the information provided to determine which details to send you. We may also ask for details relating to your financial situation, this will be used to gain a basic understanding of your ability to proceed with a lease or purchase. If you have a property you need to sell we may offer to assist with a market appraisal and ultimately, the marketing of that property although this is not a requirement, simply an option.

Third Parties

We will never share your contact details with anyone unless it is a) required by law or b) specifically authorised by you i.e. on preparing a ‘Memorandum of Sale’ to be sent to Advocates (Solicitors) enabling them to proceed with the conveyancing on your behalf. We may provide your Sir name and basic situation to our clients when arranging a viewing – simply to identify the viewing in the future and in the event you are interested in the property, to determine whether your timescales etc are compatible with our clients. Aside from the afore mentioned circumstances, we do not provide any identifiable personal information to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.    

Accessing Your Data

You have the right to request access to any personal data which you have submitted to us. There is a £20 plus VAT administration charge, payable by direct transfer in advance, for this service.

Removing Data 

If you wish to remove your information from our database please send an e mail to: reception@quayles.co.im providing your full name and contact details along with clear instructions on what you would like us to do.

Unsubscribing from our Mailing List

If you no longer wish to receive property updates from us you may unsubscribe using the link on your latest e mail from us, or simply respond to the e mail with your request. Alternatively, write to us at the address given in the section relating to ‘Removing Data’. There is no charge for this service.

We cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online, and you do so at your own risk.

We reserve the right to change or remove this Privacy Policy at our discretion. If we deem it necessary to change our Privacy Policy we will post changes here. We encourage you to visit this area frequently in order to stay informed. If there is any material change in the type of information we collect, we will obtain your permission before we attempt to collect the additional personal information. We will not make any changes that allow us to give personal information to a third party without obtaining permission from you first.

In relation to your dealings with us, until you express you do not want to be contacted furthermore, you agree with the terms in this Policy.
